Keeping Up With The Kube Family: Minnesota Bound

It's hard to believe I have been back to work for almost a month now! And that means Vince has been home with Sam for almost a month too. Both us of have found challenges in adjusting to our roles, but we are both enjoying it also. We took our longest car ride with Sam so far to visit the fam in Minnesota. We packed up the car with everything we could ever need, just in case. We stopped once halfway to eat and feed the little guy. He did pretty well with the car ride. The long 4th of July weekend was just what we needed! Grandma and Grandpa Fox were happy to watch Sam while Vince and I were able to go for a run together, and out for drinks with Kelli and Ryan. Also they let us get caught back up on sleep by getting a few naps in! We had fun seeing Ben and Alex at a family breakfast gathering, going out to Randy's house on Madison Lake, seeing a Mankato Moon Dogs game, a trip to Minneopa Park to see the falls, and of course a visit to Zanz for cheese chilitos before we headed out of town. It was a great trip! Sam also learned a new trick in MN - holding his head up while on his tummy!
