We Left Our Hearts in San Francisco

Vince and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary by taking a trip to San Francisco together.  San Francisco is a really cool city and we had fun exploring and navigating our way around!  Sam stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Fox for the week and he had a blast as well! We were able to see everyone when we were in MN which was so great. We stayed at Luke's apartment and he drove us to the airport the morning we left. Also, Kelli, Ben and Alex picked us up at the airport after our trip and we went to Lake Calhoun for a picnic dinner and met up with Ryan, Luke and Megan T!  We were so happy for the help to and from the airport and enjoyed spending some time with the family too. While we were in San Fran we stayed in an apartment in a cute family friendly neighborhood. It had everything we needed and more. Every morning Vince would walk to the local coffee shop down the street. There was also a local grocery store where we picked up snacks and sandwich ingredients so we could have lunches on the go. We got to our destinations by bus, metro, or cable car and got pretty familiar with the routes around the city. We sampled a lot of cool restaurants, including a seafood restaurant where Vince found out he likes oysters!  It was a great trip and a nice way to celebrate 5 years of marriage.
